Headlight Buckets mounted in Fenders.

Because the headlight hole in the Fender is not cut out by the manufacturer, you will need to cut out the proper opening for your particular Bucket.. Place the bucket over the fender hole and trace around the contours. Pay attention to get the top of the Bucket toward the top. Take a Jigsaw with a fairly fine blade and cut the area out for the Bucket. Use care not to remove any more of the fiberglass fender material than is absolutely necessary.

Bolt the buckets in with 3/16" bolts with lock-washers on the back side. Then install your Head Lamps.
