The paint is the only thing
that will ever resemble the "New Beetle".
Here is the fresh
paint... five coats of 2001 Beetle yellow with five coats of
clear.
After it cures for
about a year, I will wet-sand and buff it.
Not bad for a
garage paint job. I only got one little bug to fly into the fresh
paint. That's ok, every "Bug" needs a bug! Nobody except me
knows its there anyway.
